In 2024, the Dream Society worked with artists in Africa to blend ancestral culture with new scientific initiatives, leading to sustainable local practices and more inclusive cultural spaces.
In 2023, Felicia Cigorescu, together with a diverse group of women and men from the worlds of business, art, education, and social innovation, founded “Valori Femminili”.
Our Health pillar brought mindfulness workshops and accessible mental health resources to over 10,000 people globally, promoting both personal and collective wellbeing.
This initiative celebrate the feminine as a regenerative force for new leadership models and thriving communities.
Rooted in the principles of equality, care, and creative collaboration, the programs nurture spaces where women’s voices and visions can flourish, while engaging men as allies in shaping a culture of balance and mutual empowerment.
Education programs in partnership with top universities empowered young visionaries to bring their research into reality, transforming inner vision into actionable projects that benefit entire communities.
Through workshops, cultural residencies, and global dialogues, the collective bridges tradition and innovation — reawakening ancestral wisdom and aligning it with the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Valori Femminili embodies a new paradigm of leadership grounded in empathy, inclusion, and shared responsibility — inspiring organizations and communities to imagine a more conscious, equitable, and harmonious future.
